Street Light is AJV Technical Equipment’s range of Raytec LED street and area lighting, covering both non-hazardous industrial/outdoor sites and Zone 1/Zone 2 hazardous areas, supplied across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait.

URBAN (Industrial) is designed and manufactured in the UK for street, pathway, perimeter, fence-line and industrial lighting applications, with optional intelligent features including photocell control, programmable drivers, constant light output, DALI compatibility and part-night dimming. URBAN Plus delivers up to 24,000 lm at up to 142 lm/W efficacy for elevated mounting heights of up to 15m, while URBAN-X Pro and URBAN-X Mini cover higher-power and smaller-scale perimeter and pathway applications. All URBAN luminaires carry an industry-leading 5-year warranty.

SPARTAN Street (Zone 1 & Zone 2) is Raytec’s Ex-rated luminaire for Zone 1/21 and Zone 2/22 gas- and dust-classified hazardous areas, ATEX, IECEx and UKEX certified and rated IP66. Available with PP1, PP2, PP3 and AR1 beam optics, it illuminates access roads, walkways, perimeters and car parks on high-risk oil & gas, industrial and process plant sites.

AJV Tech supplies Street Light luminaires with full ATEX, IECEx and UKEX documentation for ADNOC, Saudi Aramco and other regional operator project submittals.

Is Street Light lighting only for hazardous areas?

No. The Street Light range includes Raytec URBAN for non-hazardous industrial and outdoor sites, alongside Raytec SPARTAN Street for ATEX, IECEx and UKEX certified Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas.

Is SPARTAN Street certified for Zone 1 hazardous areas?

Yes. SPARTAN Street is ATEX, IECEx and UKEX certified for Zone 1 (Gas) and Zone 21 (Dust), as well as Zone 2/22, and is rated IP66.
